I drove downtown all the way down to the pier on Steamboat Road. The holiday lights are on Greenwich Avenue. I went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue. I returned the empty Poland Spring bottle. I bought a pumpkin pie for $7.99, four 20 ounce cans of Stop and Shop pineapple chunks for $2.29 each and four 15 ounce cans of Stop and Shop fruit cocktail for $1.99 each for $25.11 total. I then returned home. I used my walker and shopping bag to bring up the food. I put it away. I chatted with a friend. I filed this report.

11/28/25 Friday 2:00 P.M. Back around Thanksgiving Time in 1975, I bought a fishing rod for $50 at the Sears and Roebuck store in West Palm Beach. I later at the 26 mile bridge in the Florida Keys caught a baby hammer head shark that I used for a bait that I caught a big red snapper with that I cooked up underneath the bridge. It was the only fish that I caught in Florida in my expeditions down there. I did try in 1978 using a Cuban hand reel with 50 pound test line and a Mickey Mouse balloon to blow it out to sea from the Mallory Pier with chum from the local dumpsters. I did buy a Red Snapper at the docks from a fisherman, and I cooked it up at Jimmy Eldert's apartment across the street from the Catholic church, and John Bolton and I ate it. Jimmy did not like the small of fish though.
11/28/25 Friday 1:50 P.M. The Physical Therapist had me do some exercises. I chatted about my recovery which should take another week to be six weeks after the pacemaker surgery implant. I rested a bit.

I took the Presbyterian Church Thanksgiving dinner out of the aluminum tray, and I put it on a microwave proof dinner plate that I heated with microwave lid for six minutes at 50% power. The dinner consisted of white turkey meat with gravy, stuffing, green beans with onions, and mashed yams. It also came with an endive salad that I put Ken's steak house dressing on, a dinner roll with butter, a few celery sticks and carrot sticks, cranberry jelly, and a slice of pumpkin pie and a 12 ounce glass of Fresca.

I then returned home. I used my walker and shopping bag to bring up the food and put it away.

11/18/25 Tuesday 2:35 P.M. I had a telephone call with Aetna. I went to my 1 P.M. appointment with the pulmonagist at the Greenwich Hospital. I went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam avenue, and got two four packs of yogurt for $6.99 each four pack and a 64 ounce Almond Breeze vanilla almond milk for $4.49 for $17.47 total. I then returned home. I used the walker with the shopping to bring up the food, and I put it away. I filed this report. Western Junior High drive is closed South Bound for sidewalk paving. I got a telephone call. Aetna is going to deliver 14 days of fresh meals to my apartment this Saturday.

I then went to www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue, and I used bought a roll of hospital tape for $4.88. I used the cane in the store. I then drove down Greenwich Avenue to view it for the first time in a long time. I then went to the Greenwich Library, and I returned two books in the book drop. I used the cane. I then went to the Putnam Shell at 401 West Putnam Avenue. I bought $38.07 of self service premium gasoline for $4.399 a gallon for 8.654 gallons at odometer reading of 128344 miles for 116.8 miles driven since Sunday October 12, 2025 for 13.349 miles per gallon in local traffic. I then returned home. I walked up with my walker.

I then returned home. I used the grocery bag attached to hand walker to bring up the food and put it away. I filed this report.

I then returned home. I brought up the food bag with my grey bag and the walker, and I put the food away. I filed this report.

I looked in the downstairs garbage shoot for the envelope that I threw out with the Thanksgiving gift card, but the garbage receptacle had already been emptied. I went out to the parking lot, and I started up my car for five minutes.

I will now eat four White Castle cheeseburger sliders with a 12 ounce glass of Fresca. People with pace makers are not supposed to stand in front or around microwave ovens while they are running.
11/13/25 Thursday 1:25 P.M. I rested. I picked up the mail, and I sorted it out. The leg on the red ottoman broke, so I will throw it out, when I have the strength. I have the walker sitting over it.
11/13/25 Thursday 11:45 A.M. I chatted with a relative. I paid my Verizon and Optimum bills. My www.eversource.com electric bill for October 2025 was $154.25. While in the nursing home, I also ordered an Apple cell phone charger. I will now rest a bit.
11/13/25 Thursday 11:15 A.M. After the last note, when I went to the Family Center medical clinic, they has a neighbor drive me to the Emergency Room at Greenwich Hospital. The Greenwich Hospital ran an EKG. After an hour they installed an temporary pace maked on my heart. They then put me in the intensive care unit ward. The follow day Friday, the installed pace maker on my heart. My heart was not getting enough blook. The follow Tuesday they tranfered me to The Finest in Senior Care | Nathaniel Witherell to recover. I did physical therapy every day. I just returned home at 10 A.M. today.
