Scott's Stuffing Recipe for Arnold Premium Stuffing:

For about 14 Pound Turkey

Heat one 14 ounce can of chicken broth plus 5 ounces of white wine

along with two sticks of butter or margarine

Add dashes about 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, basil, sesame oil, Angostura bitters and two chicken bouillon cubes

Two Peeled and Chopped Medium Onions

Four Cloves of Chopped Garlic or one Clove of chopped elephant garlic

Two Peeled and Diced Medium Apples

One Diced Red Pepper

One 6.5 ounce dry can of black pitted olives drained cut in half

Add dashes of Chinese Five Spice, India Hot Curry Powder, chicken and meat seasoning, ground black pepper, celery salt, Old Bay Seasoning, thyme, rosemary, coriander, cumin, and Cinnamon

Add one half box of six ounces of sliced fresh mushrooms

Mix all these ingredients together in the heated liquid and bring to a boil and then simmer for 25 minutes over low heat.

Remove from heat after 25 minutes

Add One 14 Ounce Bag of Arnold Premium Herb Seasoned Stuffing or other like amount of stuffing such

as corn bread stuffing and toss lightly with a fork or wooden spoon until moist throughout and it is then ready to eat.

IF COOKED IN THE TURKEY REMEMBER DO NOT LEAVE THE STUFFING IN THE TURKEY AFTER SERVING, BUT TO STORE IT SEPARATELY.
