11/30/22 Wednesday 1:40 P.M.  I mixed a package of Knorr Teriyaki flavored rice with a 7.5 ounce package of S&B Japanese medium hot curry sauce with vegetables, and I am microwaving it for 14 minutes, and I will eat it in a large Cobalt Blue soup bowl with a 12 ounce glass of Fresca with two ounces of grapefruit juice.  CIO

11/30/22 Wednesday 12:35 P.M.  On the 2010 MacBook with modified Mojave operating system, one does not install the two patches when one boots it up, or those patches with disable the operating system is modified.  I think the computer originally would only support High Sierra https://discussions.apple.com/thread/253460499 .  I took off Norton Internet Security.  I activated Microsoft Office 2019 which works on it.  I did not install the app updates, since the Apple web site is slow.  I moved it back to the bedroom desk on top of the HP 17.3 inch laptop.  It is all setup.  Its power adapter turns on with the left power strip on the desk.  It holds a full charge.  CIO

11/30/22 Wednesday 11:45 A.M.  I put a 48 inch shelf on the Rubbermaid hamper in the northwest corner of the bedroom, so the 32 inch TV has secure resting place.  I also moved the bedroom desk lamp to that shelf.  I moved the two spare lamps shades on the left bed lamp to on top of the far right lamp in the living room.

11/30/22 Wednesday 8:20 A.M.  I went outside again.  The Amazon Cube on the Samsung 49 inch television would not work off the LAN, so I reset and updated and configured it to work off the apartment wireless.  It now works just fine.  On the mahogany bureau with the Samsung television one turns it on with the far right switch on the power strip on the far right.  CIO

11/30/22 Wednesday 6:35 A.M.  I went outside, and I drank a brewed coffee.  I washed the breakfast dishes.  On the Samsung 49 inch television, the Amazon Cube is connected on HDMI  2 with an HDMI cable with an HDMI two cable coupler, so the Roku or the small computers can be connected to it on HDMI 2.

11/30/22 Wednesday 4:55 A.M.  I woke up, and I chatted with a friend.  I went outside.  I ate nine Grainfirst multigrain crackers with 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch by 3/32nd inch slices of Cracker Barrel Vermont extra sharp cheddar cheese.  I finally woke  up at 3:15 A.M..  I made my bed.  I went outside.  I picked up the mail.  I will eat a Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg, and cheese sandwich with two toasted English muffins with Smart Balance spread, and pineapple chunks with Mandarin orange slices, and a glass of Primo Vermont spring water with some pineapple juice and cranberry juice and a cup of coffee with artificial sweetener and almond milk.  I  used an HDMI splitter and a long HDMI cable, and I  hooked it up to the living room cable box and Westinghouse TV to the right of the primary work computer, so it now has a clear reception.

11/29/22 Tuesday 2:45 P.M.  I mixed a 16 ounce can of Bush's Maple and Cured Bacon baked beans with one drained and sliced 4 ounce can of chicken franks which I seasoned with garlic power, ground black pepper, Italian spices, Lowry's seasoned salt, cayenne peppper, McCormick's garlic seasoning, Frank's hot sauce, soy sauce, and Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce, and I mixed it all together.  I have put half of it in a microwave proof soup bowl with microwave lid, and I microwaved it for five minutes.  I ate it with a 12 ounce glass www.coke.com Zero Sugar.  CIO

11/29/22 Tuesday 2:15 P.M.  On the Vizio TV in the bedroom, the power to the Amazon Fire Stick turns on with the fifth switch back on the far left power strip, and it has to be set to HDMI 2 on the Vizio input selector.

11/29/22 Tuesday 12:25 P.M.  On the bathroom television, I switched it to Coaxial, and it works just fine with that.  I took the HDMI cable  off the bathroom television, and I hooked it up to the bedroom Vizio HDMI 1 port, so that television now has a clear cable box picture.  HDMI 2 is the Amazon fire stick.  While doing that I knocked the lower half of the shoe rack off the bedroom door, so I put those shoes on the lower right side of the bed and behind the bedroom door.

11/29/22 Tuesday 5:20 A.M.  I drank my coffee outside.  I washed the breakfast dishes.  I took the old Logitech wireless keyboard and wireless mouse off the primary work computer, and I moved it to the Apple Mac Mini with Catalina on the bedroom desk.  I put a new Logitech Wireless Comfort MK 550 wireless mouse and wireless keyboard on the primary work computer.  On the HP 17.3 inch laptop computer on the bedroom desk, I attached a blue Microsoft wireless mouse.  I will now go outside and throw out the Logitech box and drink a brewed coffee.  CIO

11/28/22 Monday 9:25 A.M.  In the bedroom, I moved the two spare Lasko box fans, and boxes of spare light bulbs and Scott toilet paper behind the portable air conditioner.  I took pictures of the Insignia 30 inch television on the Rubbermaid hamper with the HDMI Cable Box and Amazon stick working.  I took a picture of Roku on the 40 inch ONN television on the bedroom desk.  I took a picture of the stuff mentioned behind the portable air conditioner.  I took pictures of the bathroom television setup.  I am charging up the Canon Digital battery.

11/28/22 Monday 8:25 A.M.  I put the 18 inch Seiki flat screen television in the bathroom.  It will not work off HDMI, but it works just fine off coaxial connector.  I left its remote control in easy reach of the book case on the wall in front of the toilet, so one can "Poop and View."

11/28/22 Monday 7:35 A.M.  I went outside.   In the bedroom, I put the spare lamp shades in the bedroom on top of the left side bed lamp.  I put the four older laptops and their parts bag underneath the left side of the bed.  I took the 30 inch Insignia television out of the bathroom, and I put it on top of the Rubbermaid hamper in the Northwest corner of the bedroom connected to the Cablevision HDMI cable that I took off the 40 inch ONN television on the bedroom desk.  I have the power connected to a power strip with the Amazon stick plugged into it.  I also have the desk lamp and the Himalayan salt lamp plugged into the power strip.  I plugged in a Roku stick into the ONN 40 inch TV.  I have the three remote controls on top of the HP laser printer on the right side of the desk.  One has to turn on the white power strip to turn the 30 inch Insignia television with the remote control.  Now one can work on the Apple Mac Mini with Catalina or the HP 17.3 inch I 5 laptop with Windows 10 on the desk and look to the right and watch clear cable television from the bedroom cable box.

!!!!!! 11/28/22 Monday 5:55 A.M.  When I was outside, I chatted with my neighbor who was walking his dog.  This morning at 12:30 A.M., when he was walking his dog at the North End of the building the Yorki spotted what looked like to my neighbor as a Carolina or Texas Red wolf, when in the past I have seen at that location twice.  My neighbor has also seen it twice in the woods by the picnic tables.  When I research it in the past, the internet said it can take down a cow, and it has been coming North with Global Warming, and it likes marshy areas like the Byram River.  CIO

Old people with bad vision need big monitors.  I bought a new 40 inch Polaroid TV https://www.ebay.com/p/222466989 for $39.95 and $14.95 shipping and $3.49 tax for $58.39 total.  For a backup big screen monitor, it has three HDMI ports and a VGA port.

11/28/22 Monday 4:05 A.M.  I moved the Google Dot from the bathroom to the kitchen on top of the small electric oven.  It works just fine.  On the Apple Mac Mini on the bedroom desk, I was able to hook up the HP laser printer with a USB splitter.  It works just fine.  I am now installing the app updates on the bedroom Mac Mini.

I will now go outside and drink a brewed peppermint tea with Splenda sweetener and lemon juice.

11/28/22 Monday 3:00 A.M.  I took the Roku device off the 40 inch ONN TV in the bedroom, and I put it on the bathroom television with its remote control in front of the bathroom television.  I moved the Apple Mac Mini with Catalina from the Westinghouse monitor computer setup on the right side of the primary work computer, and I set it up on the bedroom desk connected to the 40 inch ONN TV.  To use the HP laser printer on the mahogany bureau with it, one has to disconnect the web cam or head set on the Mac Mini.  Since the power to the bedroom desk is control by the far right power strip, I will leave it turned on, so the bedroom desk cordless telephone works and the two wireless routers beaming wireless to the front of the building will work.  Those wireless routers also provide the LAN for Vizio 40 inch television in the bedroom.

11/28/22 Monday 12:55 A.M.  I rested until 12:15 A.M..  I went outside twice.  Lots of jets are returning to the nearby Westchester County airport, so I guess people are returning from their Holiday.

When I was last down there in February 1982, when it was minus 26 degrees Fahrenheit below zero in Manhattan after Mount St. Helens erupted on May 8, 1980, it was quite busy in Cayo Hueso with all of the people escaping the severe cold up North.  There were a number of tall men down there with beards that possibly had flown down to Homestead Air Force Base from the Dew Line where they worked for the NORAD Air Defense Command.  Also the Army Rangers were on maneuvers in the Dry Tortugas, and there were three Destroyers moored right off the Casa Marina, so I guess the Military also uses it as a Warm Weather resort like Hawaii.  CIO

11/27/22 Sunday 6:40 P.M.  I chatted with a friend.  I went outside, and I drank a brewed coffee.  I washed the breakfast dishes.  Back in the winter of 1978, when John Bolton and myself were living at the Casa Marina Hotel under reconstruction, we used to clean up at the Key Lyme Motel showers.  The owner of the Key Lyme Motel on Truman Street looked like Nelson Rockefeller, and he did mind us using their shower facility with hot water.  I have met a number of people that looked like Nelson Rockefeller over the years, so I guess he had a network of decoys around the country.  I was in school at Greenwich Country Day with various Rockefeller family members and also at Lake Forest College and the Taft School, so they have a large group of friends in this area.  CIO

11/20/22 Sunday 2:20 A.M.  From underneath the kitchen chair, I moved the five cans of Bush's baked beans and the seven cans of Campbell's onion soup to the bookcase at the kitchen entrance.  From underneath the left side of the primary work computer, I moved the four cans of Hormel Dinty Moore stew to the bookcase at the kitchen entrance.  From underneath the left side of the primary work computer, I moved the four bags of Pennsylvania Dutch egg noodles and the five boxes of Barilla shell noodles to underneath the kitchen chair.  From underneath the left of the primary work computer, I threw out five 48 ounce containers of expired Quaker one minute oatmeal.  This past morning, when I emptied out the expired can items from the bookcase at the kitchen entrance, I threw out all of the expired Campbell's soups and expired Armour Vienna sausages.  Thus none of the food in the apartment should be expired now, except maybe some dehydrated dry food.  CIO

11/19/22 Saturday 8:25 A.M.  I ate a 9 ounce Hormel Completes Swedish meatballs with a 12 ounce glass of www.coke.com Zero Sugar.  I have mentioned before on Thanksgiving Days in 1976, it was 21 degrees Fahrenheit at 7 A.M. in the morning according to the bank sign next to the Swimming Hall of Fame in Fort Lauderdale.  I just remembered before that Christmas 1976, the Catholic Church in Fort Lauderdale gave me $10, so I drove back down to Key West in my 1966 Chevrolet Biscayne, and I wandered around looking at a lot of Poinsettia Plants for decoration.  I recall sitting briefly in Southern Cross Hotel lobby watching CNN on the lobby television.  I then returned to Fort Lauderdale for New Years, and shortly there after, they towed my car for too many parking tickets at the park next to the Swimming Hall of Fame, so I hitch hiked back down to Key West with a ditty bag with an www.army.mil poncho, where I slept outside in various places including underneath the annex of St. Luke's Episcopal church.  I got a post card from Jimmy Eldert at General Delivery saying he was coming down there from the University of New Hampshire, and when he showed up, he got a job at the Pier House restaurant as a bus boy, and he put me up in a friend's trailer next to the Boca Chica annex.  By that time having been on the road since I left Greenwich in the third week of September 1976, I was used to being outside homeless.  I recall that Christmas in Key West, every one ignored me, although I did know Rob Glore from Lake Forest, Illinois where I went to college whose mother was from the DuPont family, so he was established owning a craft shop in Key West across from the Post Office and next to the electric company office which also housed the Scottish Rite Masons of which my grandfather Scott was a 33rd degree mason.  Maybe, since I was a bit tanned living around the beach, nobody recognized me.  Well that is all ancient history.  I will now shut down the primary work computer.  I will go outside.  I will then go to bed.  CIO

Think about it, "Ten, Nine, Eight, Seven, Six, Five, Four, Three, Two, One, Blast Off."  So much for the Space Force.  If one got around to watching the eight episodes of, "Ancient Apocalypses," off Netflix, it says in the last episode every 12,500 years the Plant Earth which I think we live on passes through a lot of comets some of which hit it, and caused the severe weather changes which happened 12,500 years ago.  Thus the Planet Earth is back in that same cycle again after 12,500 years.  Of course that might not be an absolute figure, it is based on interpretation of ancient ruins, and I think carbon dating.

11/16/22 Wednesday 10:10 P.M..  I rested until 6:30 P.M..  I went outside, and I drank a brewed coffee.  I drove downtown to the Board of Education Veterans monument, and I sat outside for a while.  I then went to Whole Foods on East Putnam Avenue, and I bought a three pound bag of yellow organic potatoes for $4.69.  I then toured www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue.  They have lots of toys for sale.  I sat out in the Junior Chamber of Commerce Park across the street.  I then went to the Acme grocery store at 160 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought buy two 12 packs get two 12 packs free of Fresca soda for $21.78 total.  I then went to the Putnam Shell at 401 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought $20 of self service premium gasoline for $5.20 a gallon for 3.846 gallons at odometer reading of 123518 miles for 39.5 miles driven since Friday November 4, 2022 for 10.271 miles per gallon in local traffic.  I then returned home.  I used my little folding cart to bring up the soda.  I picked up the mail.  I put the folding cart back in the car, and I drank a brewed coffee outside.  I filed this report.  I will now go outside again.  CIO

11/15/22 Tuesday 1:15 A.M..  When I met John Bolton at the Clarence Higgs park on the east side of the Casa Marina Hotel under reconstruction in February 1978, when I returned from the Bahamas, Jim Eldert was also back in Key West working at a frozen yogurt stand and living across the street from the local Catholic church in a small apartment.  Jim knew a red haired fellow that owned an expensive Japanese style house near the Casa Marina Hotel, where they once invited us to dinner.  Also John leant $400 cash to a friend named, "Stormy" who disappeared shortly there after.  I remember a bit of what Stormy looked like, and with all of the aviation people down in Key West at the time when Pan AM existed, Stormy might have been somebody from an aviation family that I met on Charles River Bridge in Boston that previous spring whom went to www.harvard.edu , when I left the Boston Science fair.  Since Polaroid was a well known company in the Boston, area there might have been a few people there were familiar with the business.  CIO

11/15/22 Tuesday 12:50 A.M..  I went outside, and I drank a brewed coffee.  Back in 1954 to 1956, when my father Louis Dale Scott was the assistant plant manager for the Chemstrand Nylon plant in Pensacola, Florida; we use to nibble on fresh shrimp which was only five pounds for a dollar.  My father had five thousand www.navy.mil wives working for him at the plant too.  When we lived in Decatur, Alabama from 1956 to 1962 where my father was the manager for the Chemstrand Acrilan plant there, we would eat a few times at https://bigbobgibson.com/ which was cooked with real hickory wood.   We also use to serve guest Armour Vienna franks cooked in Pillsbury biscuit dough.  Also down there www.mcdonalds.com hamburgers were only thirteen cents.  When we moved up North to this area in 1962, we ate a lot of home cooked hamburgers, but at the Greenwich Country Club mixed grill, a really good gas grill hamburger was only $2.  When we lived in the Boston area for four years, Elsie's sandwich shop off www.harvard.edu Square was only $1.79 for a roast beef sandwich on a Kaiser roll with Russian dressing and Bermuda onion.  They also had Durgan Park near the Callaway tunnel on Boston Harbor where a big thick slice of roast beef was only $7.  At the same time, while I attended https://www.lakeforest.edu/ McDonalds cheeseburgers were only fifteen cents and so were the French Fries.  I would also eat breakfast at Jim Mitchell's restaurant consisting of three eggs over easy, with sausage, bacon, home fries, pan cakes with syrup, toast, orange juice, and coffee for $2.50 and .50 tip.  Thus they eat better in the Midwest.  I did not eat much at the College cafeteria, because Sabos catering over cooked the food.  When I lived in Europe in the winter and spring of 1972, meals were only about $2 to $3.  When I moved back East in 1973, meals in New York City were only about $2 or $3.  I also worked at Boodles restaurant as a waiter in Greenwich, where a steak was only about $7.  In Nantucket which I first visited in the summer of 1968 until I moved off in December 1983, food was not too expensive, particularly since I worked in restaurants.  However, back then at the A&P a roast beef sandwich was $7 there.  Henry's sandwich shop where I also worked briefly in their bakery had sandwiches for about $3.  They do not allow fast food restaurants out on Nantucket.  When I was at Lake Forest College, I had worked my way up in the food business to where the Armour meat packing family lived in Lake Bluff, Illinois.  Also the Swift and Cudahay and the original McDonalds' investors lived there.  When I left the Lake Forest area in the fall of 1972 with Hurley Harris Haywood to drive down to Jacksonville, Florida, his grandmother Mrs. Hurley lived in Oak Brook, Illinois on a 250 acre estate near where McDonalds was first headquartered.  In Illinois, there seems to be a McDonalds at every highway exit.  When I last visited Illinois for my father's funeral in 1989, at O'Hare airport, there was somebody at the information counter there that looked like Dan Qualye, and he told me working there was better than working at McDonalds, so thus I am running my own information web site in Greenwich, Connecticut around all of the World's visiting population that seem to show up here with all of the International companies around here.  On my last time I visited Europe for the Winter Olympics in Albertville, France; the only time I ever ate at McDonalds in my five trips to Europe was at the McDonalds in Geneva, Switzerland, were two small hamburgers with a small French Fries and coffee was $20.  At the same time, a six ounce Delmonico steak at the John Bull steak house there was a hundred dollars, so I guess beef is a lot more expensive in Europe, since the Netherlands it has to come all of the way from Argentina.  In my two periods of living in Manhattan from October 1973 to February 1985 and from December 1980 until to February 1982, when in 1974, I lived for three months in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, I used to walk by the Meat Packing district on West 14th Street all of the time where I saw whole sides of beef hanging on hooks waiting to be butchered.  Somewhere in that time, McDonalds started building restaurants in the New York City area.  As I recall on West Putnam Avenue in Greenwich, McDonalds has always been there, since I moved into this area in 1962.  I will now go outside again.  When I was homeless and starving in Fort Lauderdale in the fall and winter of 1976 and 1977, there were a lot of McDonalds in Fort Lauderdale, but they would not hire people without a fixed address.  In the fall of 1977 until February 1978, I did work as a dishwasher at the best French restaurant in Florida, at Le Vielle Maison in Boca Raton, where meals were $200 Prix Fixed, but I only earned $2 an hour like in Nantucket, so I camped out on the beach there.  In Key West, nobody would ever hire me, since the locals took all of the jobs, so one ended up walking around homeless starving without any purpose.  When I met John Bolton in the winter of 1978 in Key West, he did have $1,500 cash, and he told me he was the architect on the Casa Marina Hotel project, since he had the key to the hotel where we lived, I tended to believe him, despite the two hundred six toed stray cats there.  CIO

11/14/22 Monday 11:25 P.M..  I mixed a 16 ounce can of Bush's Maple and Cured Bacon baked beans with two drained and sliced 4 ounce cans of Armour Vienna franks which I seasoned with garlic power, ground black pepper, Italian spices, Lowry's seasoned salt, cayenne peppper, McCormick's garlic seasoning, Frank's hot sauce, soy sauce, and Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce, and I mixed it all together.  I have put half of it in a microwave proof soup bowl with microwave lid, and I microwaved it for five minutes.  I ate it with a 12 ounce glass www.coke.com Zero Sugar.  CIO

I went outside.  I will eat a Jimmy Dean Sausage, Egg, and cheese sandwich with two toasted English muffins with Smart Balance spread, and pineapple chunks with Mandarin orange slices, and a glass of Primo Vermont spring water with some pineapple juice and cranberry juice and a cup of coffee with artificial sweetener and almond milk.

11/09/22 Wednesday 11:00 P.M..  On the Apple laptop, I was able to download, install and activate the newest version of Norton 360, but downloading it with the Firefox browser that I installed on it.  It is an Apple MacBook Pro mid 2012 with a 120 GB SSD drive and 8 GB memory installed in it.  It came with Office 2011 or I put Office 2019 on it, and it cost $258.48 with shipping and tax on December 17, 2019.

11/09/22 Wednesday 10:00 P.M..  From the far right stack of laptops on the right side of the oak dining table, I pulled out the Apple laptop with an SSD drive, and I am now updating Catalina on it.  I took the old version of Norton 360 off of it, but it will not download the new version yet.  I will leave it on top of the other two laptops on the left side on the right side of the oak dining table.  It cost me about $225 a couple of years ago, and the SSD drive was about $40.  I have not used it very much, so it is in good shape as far as I can tell.

11/09/22 Wednesday 8:40 P.M..  I drove downtown to the Board of Education parking lot Veterans monument.  I sat out for a while, and I chatted with a friend on my cell phone.  I walked the lower Greenwich Avenue area.  I used the bathroom at www.starbucks.com .  I bought an Ace's High scratch card at Zen Stationary for a dollar, and I lost.  I toured the www.apple.com store.  I told them about how to use an SSD drive with an external drive holder on an older IBM to copy the system with Boot Manager and boot the faster SSD drive with the Option key.  I also told them there are videos on the internet about how to install a faster SSD drive in an older Mac Mini.  I also told them I can not read their tiny Apple watches and their Iphones except to call out on it.  I sat out some more.  I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought six 5.4 ounce Yoplait mixed berry yogurts for .60 each, a six pack of Stop and Shop multigrain English muffins for $3, a 8 pack of Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese croissants for $11.69, and two 11.5 ounce Stauffer's Swedish meatballs for $3.50 each and from the clearence section two raspberry tarts for $1.24 for $26.53 total.  I then returned home.  I put away my groceries.  I went outside, and I put the grey bag back in the car, and I drank a brewed coffee.  I filed this report.  CIO

!!!!!! 11/09/22 Wednesday 12:35 A.M..  Nantucket Restaurant Guide https://lane-press.mydigitalpublication.com/publication/?i=747830 .  During the summer of 1978, when I lived with John Bolton in the summer at 31 India Street out on Nantucket, we knew Chris Knight from Williams College.  He once told us off the Polpis Road on Nantucket on the land side, there was the Hidden Forest that one can not see from the road.  It was used by the locals to grow Nantucket weed which was desired by the locals.  I once checked out the Hidden Forest, and it looked to be just a marshy swampy area which would not be very good for such a product.  Maybe the witches from the Company of the Culdron gather there though.  I will now go outside again.  CIO

11/08/22 Tuesday 11:35 P.M..  My original writing material was probably https://www.crayola.com/ , but since I am left handed, I used to smudge lead pencil writing.  I was given an electric type writer when I graduated from the Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut, which I think I used at Lake Forest College, but in moving it was lost.  When I got a car, when I was living at 700 Steamboat Road, I used to drive in back country, and I went to the thrift shop at the Round Hill Community Church at John Street, and I bought a Smith Corona electric type writer from Olive Watson the mother who was working there.  It was like mine, and I only paid $40 for it.  Another time around September 1989, when I was driving on Round Hill Road, I went to a tag sale, and I bought an Apple II E computer from somebody from Belgium that worked for J.P. 11/08/22 Tuesday 5:55 P.M..  I went out to the New Lebanon school in Byram, and I voted in the General Election at the Polls.  I then drove down by the waterfront on Grass Island, and I used the bathroom at the new pavilion there, and I sat out for a while at the park there.  I then drove to the Senior and the Arts Center, and I sat out for a long time.  I used the bathroom at the Senior Center twice.  I paid $2 to park there.  I viewed a busy www.starbucks.com .  I then drove to www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue, and I paid .50 to park there.  I toured the store there.  I tried to use to the bathroom at the CFCF coffee shop across the street, but it was busy.  I then went back to CVS, and from the 50% off clearance section of the As Seen on TV items, I bought a package of two night and day Bell and Howell Tac Glasses for $9.99 half price and .63 tax for $10.62 total.  I then returned home.  I made a brewed coffee, and I sat outside, and I drank it.  I picked up the mail.  I filed this report.  I will now go outside again.  CIO

11/06/22 Sunday 4:35 A.M..  I was able to replace the batteries on the White Timex watch and a Casio watch.  However, two other Casio watches I tried would not work.  I went outside twice.  I will now send out my weekly notes.  I will then shut down the primary work computer.  I will go outside.  I will then eat a 5.4 ounce Yoplait berry yogurt.  I will then go to bed.  CIO

11/06/22 Sunday 1:15 A.M..  My Pulsar watch still works, since I put a new battery in it a couple of years ago.  I have two inexpensive watches besides the second Timex that work.  The Invicta watch that I never wear that I paid about $70 for had a bad battery.  I used my watch repair kit, and I removed its band, and then I used the tool to remove the back.  It holds a CR 2016 battery.  I went outside.  When I went out there was a big black and white skunk about ten feet in front of my car.  I talked to it nicely, and I asked it to go away.  I went out to www.cvs.com at 644 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought a two pack of Duracell CR 2016 batteries for $11.29 and .72 tax for $12.01 total.  I then bought two 2 packs of Bic Lighters for $2.99 each two pack less $5 bonus bucks from the previous purchase at .05 tax for $1.04 total.  I then returned home.  I sat outside.  I used to my watch tools to install the new battery, and it took a while to install the pen on the watch band, but it is all repaired and running fine.  I left it on the right side of the oak dining table.  On the Powerball, I only had two numbers, so I did not win anything.  I will now go outside and drink a brewed coffee.  I think around 2 A.M., one has to fall back an hour this morning.  CIO

11/03/22 Thursday 9:50 P.M..  I went by www.mcdonalds.com on West Putnam Avenue, and I bought a double cheeseburger and small French fries for $4.28 to go.  They do not have the McPick two for $5.  I then had a picnic in the Junior Chamber of Commerce Park on Greenwich Avenue.  I then drove down to the Board of Education Veterans monument, and I went to Zen Stationary, and I bought a $3 Power ball ticket.  I then went to www.starbucks.com, and I used the bathroom.  I bought a medium Pike coffee with Splenda sweetener and almond milk for $3.13 off my Starbucks card.  I put $10 more on my Starbucks card.  I drank the coffee in front of the Senior and the Arts Center, and I sat out for a while.  I then went to www.greenwichlibrary.org , and I used the bathroom.  I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue.  I bought a six pack of Stop and Shop multigrain English muffins for $3.49, two 8 ounce bars of Molturn extra sharp white cheddar cheese for $3 each, two boxes of Grainfirst crackers for $2.50 each, a 48 ounce Silk vanilla unsweetened almond milk for $6.29, and two 10.5 ounce Stauffer's lasagna for $3.50 each, and a 8 pack of Jimmy Dean sausage, egg, and cheese croissants for $11.69 for $38.98 total.  I then returned home.  I sat outside.  I put away my groceries.  I filed this report.  I will now go outside and put the grey bag back in the car.  CIO

11/03/22 Thursday 5:40 P.M..  I picked up the mail.  I put in two new AA alkaline batteries in the Apple Imac bluetooth wireless keyboard on the left side of the primary work computer.  On its external SSD drive, I am not making a disk image of the newest updates, so when one boots the SSD drive with the Option key.  I will now go outside again.  CIO

11/03/22 Thursday 4:30 P.M..  On the HP Intel I5 computer with Windows 11 International on the left side of the primary work computer, I installed and activated the latest version of Norton Internet Security 360.  I then installed the Windows updates.  On the Apple Imac computer on the left side of the primary work computer, I installed the latest Catalina update, and then I installed and activated the latest version of Norton Internet Security 360.  I went outside three times.  I will now go outside again and drink a brewed coffee.  CIO

11/02/22 Wednesday 9:20 P.M..  I drove downtown to the Board of Education parking lot veterans monument.  I sat out for a while.  I used the bathroom at www.starbucks.com .  I then walked down to Zen Stationary, and I bought a Power Ball ticket for $2 and a Ace's High scratch card for a dollar, and I lost on the Ace's High scratch card.  I then sat out for a while more.  I then went to www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue.  I bought two 4 packs of Bumble Bee 5 ounce solid white albacore tuna fish for $6.99 each four pack for $13.98 total.  I then returned home.  I sat outside.  I put away my tuna.  I ate a 11.5 ounce Marie Callender sesame chicken dinner and a 12 ounce glass of Fresca with three ounces of grapefruit juice.  I will now shut down the primary work computer, and I will go to bed.  CIO

11/01/22 Tuesday 8:35 P.M..  I rested until 4:30 P.M..  I went outside, and I drank a brewed coffee.  I put on a short sleeve polo shirt, and I went downtown to www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue, and I got the new version of the second Covid 19 booster shot.  I then used the bathroom at the CFCF coffee shop across the street.  I chatted with a relative with my cell phone from the Junior Chamber of Commerce park.  The east end of the park has a dead wireless zone, but the west end of the park, it works.  I then drove down to the Board of Education Veterans monument.  I sat out for a while.  I used the bathroom at www.starbucks.com .  I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought a six pack of Stop and Shop multigrain English muffins for $3.49 and ten various Knorr rice mixtures for $1.29 each for $15.99 total.  I returned home.  I sat outside.  I put away the groceries.  I am making the same Knorr chicken flavored rice mixture with a package of S&B medium hot curry sauce which I will eat with a 12 ounce glass of Fresca with four ounces of grapefruit juice.  CIO
