Kraft Macaroni and Cheese dinner with browned burger and onions:

 

16 ounces top round London Broil ground beef

peeled and minced four cloves of garlic

put three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a 10 inch frying pan

add the minced garlic

peel and dice two medium onions

add the diced onions to the frying pan

turn it to medium high electric burner heat

blanch and brown the onions and garlic a short time for two to three minutes

cut the ground beef into half inch chunks

add three pads of 50% less fat butter

season it all generously with garlic powder, ground black pepper, and Italians seasoning

sauté the mixture stirring it regularly, until the beef begins to brown

move the frying pan to the small electric burner on medium electric burner heat to continue to let it simmer covered with a lid

put three quarts of water in a six quart Revere pot

add a half teaspoon of sea salt and a teaspoon of olive oil

bring it to a boil

once it begins to boil

add the macaroni contents from TWO www.kraft.com  7.25 ounce dried Macaroni and cheese dinners

boil the macaroni for eight minutes stirring it frequently over medium high electric burner heat on the large burner

lower the sautéed beef to low on the small burner keeping it covered with a lid

drain the macaroni in a colander

add it back to the six quart pot

add one stick in half inch pads of 50% less fat butter to the macaroni

stir it around to melt the butter

season it generously with garlic powder, ground black pepper, Italian seasoning, and dried parsley

mix it all together

then add the two powdered cheese packages one at a time, and I mixed them in one at a time

then poured in the browned burger and blanched onion mixture, and mix it all together

then added a half cup of milk, and mix it all together in the six quart pot

I use a large wooden spoon for mixing.

Makes 5 to 6 servings

Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on each serving.
