Michael Louis Scott's Clam Chowder

One Half Gallon or Larger Soup Pot
Add Two Tablespoons Olive Oil
Add Two Tablespoons Butter or Margerine
Chop One Medium Onions
Chop Three Gloves Garlic
Sautee Onion and Garlic in Soup Pot over Medium Heat
Add 2 To 4 Six Ounce Cans of Doxsee Chopped Clams
_____In Clam Juice or Other Similar Chopped Clams
Add 4 to 6 ounces of Doxsee Clam Juice or other Clam Juice
Add 1/4 Cup White Wine
Add 2 medium chopped potatoes, about 1 1/2 cups
Add half cup of chopped celary
Add half pound of chopped scrod with bones removed
Season to taste with oregano, basil, white pepper, and parsley
Add three bay leaves
Add half and half or milk to create chowder consistency
Heat for half hour over medium to medium low heat
_____until chowder has achieved chowder consistency
Enjoy your chowder, after it has cooled a bit.
