Michael Louis Scott's Sauteed hamburger with onions and cheese:
First take 8 to 10 ounce of lean not fat London Broil or top round of beef cubes and grind them up a few ounces at time in a Cuisine Art machine until the meat is ground but not too fine.
Form ground beef into about a one inch thick round hamburger.
To a 12 inch stick proof frying pan
Add four tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive oil
Add four pads of 50% less fat butter
Take one large onion and peel it and slice it into 3/16th inch thick slices
Prepare four 2 inch by 2 inch by .25 inch squares of the cheese of your own choice.
Turn heat on the frying pan to medium high electric burner heat, and once the fat begins to bubble add the hamburger in the center with the sliced onions around it.
Season the burger and onions generously with garlic powder, ground black pepper, and oregano.
After about a minute flip the burger and onions.
Season them again.
Cook burger and onions about 3 minutes a side flipping them every minute.
Four the last 2 minutes place the cheese on the burger.
Add about 1/5th of a cup of Kikkoman soy sauce over the burger and onions and cover and simmer on medium electric burner heat until cheese melts.
Serve burger covered with onions and cooking juices.
