Michael Louis Scott's Bean Stew
Peel and dice on medium large onion
Take 8 ounces of London Broil or top round of beef in half inch cubes, and run half at a time through a Cuisine Art until it is chopped to the consistency of chopped beef.
Place 3 tablespoons of olive oil and three pads of low fat butter or margarine in a 10 inch stick proof frying pan and heat over medium high electric burner heat until fat bubbles
Add the 8 ounces of chopped beef and diced onions to the frying pan with hot fat
Season with garlic power, ground black pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper
Stir mixture until the beef is browned and the onions are blanched about five minutes
Add 16 ounce can of B&M onion and bacon flavored baked beans or other 16 ounce can of baked beans and mix all together
Season with garlic power, ground black pepper, oregano, and cayenne pepper
Add a couple of teaspoons of Kikkoman soy sauce
Add a half dozen dashes of Frank's hot sauce
Continue cooking over medium high electric burner heat for about seven minutes stirring frequently
Add four .25 inch by 2 inch by 2 inch slices of Monterey Jack cheese cut into half inch strips, and mix together over medium electric burner heat until the cheese melts.
Continue to stir mixture while cooking over medium electric burner heat for another 5 minutes.
Makes two bowls of bean stew, enjoy.
