06/30/21 Wednesday 6:05 A.M.  I went out, and I took a quick look at www.cvs.com at 644 West Putnam Avenue.  I then drove to CVS at the Riverside shopping center.  I bought three 32 ounce www.starbucks.com Cold Press coffee for $5.99 each for $17.97 total.  I then went to www.mcdonalds.com at exit 5 in Riverside.  I ordered two double cheeseburgers with French Fries for $6.44 total.  I then drove back to the Greenwich Avenue, and I ate my meal at the Greenwich Common.  I then sat out for a while.  I then went to Putnam Shell at 401 West Putnam Avenue.  I bought $9.03 of self service V-Power premium gasoline for $4.099 a gallon for  2.283 gallons at odometer reading of 121559 miles for 39.8 miles driven since Friday June 18, 2021 for 17.434 miles per gallon in local traffic.  I then returned home.  I sat outside.  I might have figured out why the LG air conditioner was not working well enough.  It's exhaust hose in back of the unit was not fit in tight, so it was leaking hot air into the living room.  I reconnected the exhaust hose, and the living room is cooling down a bit more.  I went outside, and I drank a cold brewed coffee.  I filed this report.  CIO

06/30/21 Wednesday 3:20 A.M.  I put the tall pedestal fan behind the LG air conditioner to blow the cool air out into the room.  I will now go out for a drive.  CIO

06/30/21 Wednesday 2:45 A.M.  I aimed the LG air conditioner towards the Queen Anne chair at the hallway entrance so it is cooler at that location.  I used two 12 packs of Fresca to raise up the Hisense air conditioner in the bedroom, so the bed does not block the cool air flow.  I put a small Vornado 8 inch fan to the right side of the primary work computer chair.  I went outside after watching half of Netflix episode 8 of "Another Life".  I will now watch the rest of it.  CIO

06/30/21 Wednesday 12:50 A.M.  I turned on the Hisense 14000 BTU portable air conditioner in the bedroom at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, and I turned on the bedroom Vizio television, and I watched off Netflix episode 7 of "Another Life" in the cooler bedroom.  I will now go outside and drink a Starbucks Cold Brew coffee.  CIO

06/29/21 Tuesday 11:25 P.M.  I drank my coffee outside.  I washed the breakfast dishes.  I put the new white socks in the bottom drawer of the mahogany bureau in the living room on the right side.  I threw out the old white socks with holes in them.  With the LG 8000 BTU portable air conditioner going all day in the living room, it is still 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the living room on a hot night.  The bedroom today with the Hisense 14000 BTu air conditioner was cool and comfortable today.  However, I turn it off then I am not in the bedroom sleeping.  Hopefully I will be saving on my electric bill in the hot weather.  CIO

06/29/21 Tuesday 8:35 A.M.  I went downtown to the Board of Education parking lot.  I sat out for a while.  I then walked lower Greenwich Avenue and the train station area.  I then sat out in front of the Senior and the Arts Center, and I chatted with a www.starbucks.com regular.  I used the bathroom at Starbucks.  I then drove around down, and I returned home.  I made a Starbucks cold brew iced coffee, and I drank it outside.  I chatted with a friend and a relative.  I can control the LG air portable air conditioner remotely with my Apple Iphone LG app from remote locations like downtown.  CIO 

06/29/21 Tuesday 5:15 A.M.  I will take a 5 ounce can of Bumble Bee tuna, and open it, and I will drain it underneath cold water.  I then will flake it with a fork in a bowl, and I will season it with Old Bay seasoning, Lowry's seasoned salt, Italian seasoning, and ground black pepper, and I will add two large tablespoons of www.kraft.com avocado mayonnaise, and I will mix it all together.  I will then put it on two slices of toasted Pepperidge Farm home style oat bread, and I will cut it in half.  I will it with Pringles potato chips and a 12 ounce glass of www.coke.com Zero Sugar.  During the warmer weather, I will try leaving both air conditioners in the apartment going.  The new air conditioner in the living room should be more efficient with the hotter conditions in the living room in the afternoon.  I will now go downtown to see the start of the day.  CIO

06/29/21 Tuesday 4:30 A.M.  I got the LG 8000 BTU air conditioner set up on my Apple Iphone 6S Plus by setting it up with the LG Thinq app as a commercial air conditioner instead of a portable air conditioner.  I will now go outside again. Also for the network password, one has to use the last four letters or numbers twice of the network name.  CIO

06/29/21 Tuesday 2:55 A.M.  I could not get the LG 8000 BTu portable air conditioner to work of the Apple Iphone app, but it still works fine off of its remote control again.  I registered it again with LG.  I will now go outside and drink a brewed coffee.  CIO

06/29/21 Tuesday 1:15 A.M.   Off Netflix, I watched episode 5 of "Another Life".  I went outside, and I drank a brewed coffee.  Since the two year old 14000 BTU Hisense air conditioner in the living room does not seem powerful enough, I moved it into the bedroom, and I moved the new 8000 BTU LG air conditioner into the living room on the rear side of the oak dining table.  Thus it now might be cooler in the living room on the hot days with the new air conditioner.  I will now go outside again.  CIO

06/27/21 Sunday 8:45 A.M.  I went downtown, and I drove around downtown and down by the waterfront on Steamboat Road.  They are demolishing five houses on Milbank Avenue to build condos next to the Greenwich Housing Authority.  I then sat out at the Veterans Monument at the Board of Education parking lot and the Senior and the Arts Center.  I bought a toasted bagel at www.starbucks.com for $2.09 off my Starbucks card.  Later I used the bathroom at Starbucks.  I then toured www.cvs.com on Greenwich Avenue.  They do not have their sale yellow tags out yet to see what is on sale.  I sat out at the Junior Chamber of Commerce park.  I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue.  I bought six 16 ounce Stauffer's 2X meat lasagnas for three for $10, a two pound bag of mandarin oranges for $5.99, a 59 ounce Simply Orange pink grapefruit juice for $4.19, and a 48 ounce Silk vanilla unsweetened almond milk for $4.69 for $34.87 total.  I then returned home.  I sat outside.  I put my groceries away.  I filed this report.  CIO

Put 2.25 teaspoons of Fleishmann's yeast in the bread machine. 

Add two cups of flour. 

Add three teaspoons of sugar. 

Add one teaspoon of salt. 

Add three teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil. 

Add one cup of medium warm spring water plus a tablespoon. 

Set the bread machine on "French Bread". 

Start the bread machine. 

Bread is ready in four hours.  CIO

06/19/21 Saturday 6:00 P.M.  I put away the clean bathroom rugs.  I will now go outside and drink a brewed coffee.  Also when I used to check the Chelsea area of Manhattan, they had the large garage for maintaining the buses and sanitation department trucks.  Also around West 25th Street were the wholesale florists which some Dutch people might have supplied.  When I was building the garage apartment out at Plandome Manor, Long Island, New York, Mr. Grumman lived in the neighborhood, and Grumman at the time was building New York City buses.  CIO

06/18/21 Friday 9:15 P.M.  I went down to the Acme grocery store at 160 West Putnam Avenue.  I bought a five gallon bottle of Primo Vermont spring water with bottle return for $7.49 and buy one get one free of Thomas' English muffins for $4.49 both for $11.98 total.  I then drove down to the Junior Chamber of Commerce park across from www.cvs.com .  I sat out for a while.  I then toured CVS.  I then went to https://lobstercraft.com/ which is easier to enter from the back side CVS parking lot.  I bought a small Lobster Bisque for $7 and a order or French Fries for $4 and .81 tax and a dollar tip for $12.81 total.  I then ate it all in the Junior Chamber of Commerce park.  I then drove down to the Board of Education parking lot.  I used the bathroom at www.starbucks.com .  I sat out at the Senior and the Arts Center.  I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue, and I bought four 13 ounce Maria Callender meals for $2.50 each and buy one get two free of Thomas' English muffins for $4.49 all for $14.49 total.  I then went to the Shell Station at 401 West Putnam Avenue.  I bought $20 of self service premium gasoline for $4.099 a gallon for $4.880 gallons at odometer reading of 121519 miles for 62.8 miles driven since Sunday May 16, 2021 for 12.869 miles per gallon in local traffic.  I then returned home.  I sat outside.  I put away my purchases.  I put the little folding cart and green bag back in the car.  I filed this report.  I will now go outside and drink a brewed coffee.  CIO

06/11/21 Friday 11:05 P.M.  I went to my 3:30 P.M.. appointment.  In the prep work for the procedure, the found out my heart rate was 125, so they told me to go to the Greenwich Hospital Emergency Room.  My neighbor drove me there.  The checked me in.  I chatted with a relative.  The checked my vitals and did an EKG, X-Ray and had me on IV the whole time.  I was given a turkey sandwich with macaroni and apple sauce.  I checked out at 10:15 P.M..  I was told to quit smoking.  I am supposed to go back to the Emergency room if I have anymore problems.  I am supposed to call my urologist on Monday.  I called up my neighbor, and my neighbor drove me back home.  I picked up the mail.  I will now eat a 9 ounce Hormel meatloaf dinner with Smart Balance spread and a 12 ounce glass of spring water with diet cranberry juice.  I will now shut down the computer and after dinner, I will go to bed.  CIO

I used my little folding cart to bring up the LG portable air condtioner.  I was able to install it simply in the bedroom window, since the plastic piece of duct connector was over 4 feet long.  I threw out the LG box, and I drank a Fresca.  I put the bedroom back in order, and I drank a 10 ounce www.perrier.com with three ounces of grape fruit juice.  I will now rest a bit.

06/05/21 Saturday 3:00 A.M.  I drank my coffee outside.  I washed the breakfast dishes.  I put a new Duracell 2032 Lithium disk battery in each of the Volvo key fobs, and then I tested them, and they work just fine.  On my 2005 Volvo XC 70 wagon, the key fob works fine, but the key in the driver's side door does not work which would probably be expensive to fix.  Also the power steeting pump might need repairs in the future.  Also the rear hatch struts need to be replaced.  CIO
