I ate a 9 ounce Stouffer's Lean Cuisine chicken Alfredo with grated parmesan and Romano cheese with a 12 ounce glass of www.coke.com Zero Sugar. I chatted with a friend. I went outside twice, and the last time, I drank a brewed coffee. CIO

02/24/21 Wednesday 4:55 P.M. I went to the Greenwich Town Hall, and I was able to get my Covid 19 Vaccine shot right away. I had to wait fifteen minutes after the shot to make sure there was no reaction. I used the bathroom before and after the shot. I have to go back in another month to get the second shot which I can schedule on around March 5, 2021 for a month from now. It takes two weeks after the second shot for it to take effect. It is the Moderna Vaccine. I then drove over to the Senior and the Arts Center, and I sat out for a while. I then went to the Stop and Shop at 161 West Putnam Avenue. I bought two 13 ounce Maria Callender turkey dinners for $2.50 each and two 13 ounce Maria Callender meatloaf dinners for $2.50 each and buy one get two free of six packs of Thomas' English muffins for $4.49 all, and a wedge of Youngster Baby Swiss Cheese for $6.99 a pound for $9.98 and a dime for a brown paper bag $24.45 total. I then returned home. I sat outside. I put away my groceries. I fixed a neighbor's television. I sat outside. I did not get any mail. I filed this report. After my walk, I sat out for a while longer. I then went to the Acme grocery store at 160 West Putnam Avenue. I bought four 64 ounce Welch's grape juice for $3 each for $12 total. 02/18/21 Thursday 1:35 A.M. I went outside, and I drank a brewed coffee. I know somebody who is retired from the Brazilian Tourist Authority from Sao Paulo that knew the Aga Khan, and when he showed up here over thirty years ago in the winter, we would have warm fifty degree days, but that does not seem to work anymore. I have another friend that used to live in Stowe, Vermont, and when I worked at the Le Languedoc restaurant out on www.nantucket.net , they had a Sister restaurant in Stowe, Vermont, where a lot of their Nantucket waiters were from the Stowe Ski patrol, where it is minus 40 degrees Fahrenheit up on top of that mountain in the winter. Alas my cold weather network of friends is somewhat limited, since I do not get around too much anymore. I have a few Norwegian neighbors though. When I visited Oslo, Norway in February 1983 for a few weeks, when my S.A.S. jet bound for Stockholm, Sweden put down at a military airport in Oslo instead of Sweden there was six feet of snow on the ground, which had all melted when I left after a few weeks of not eating anything except Swedish Wasa Crisp crackers and orange juice. I did manage to walk around quite a bit, and I have thus seen Oslo not Stockholm. In Oslo, I was told, I would have more fun, if I visited Glen Eagles up in Scotland, since the Norwegians are supposed to be very dour. CIO

Also the outside car lock does not work with a key, but only with the remote keyless entry from the key fob which is fine enough. Also the struts on the rear tail gate are weaker, so it is heavier to open. However, basically it is fine enough for my regular use. CIO

Now the driver's side window will not go down all of the way, and it goes down on an angle, so it makes it difficult to open the driver's side door from the outside. I will leave here at 6:45 A.M. this morning and drop it off at Stamford Volvo for repairs. I also need to have the replacement tail light on the passenger side installed and a oil and filter and fluids changed. There is no point waiting until 7:30 P.M., when they open to call, since although I could try to slip out the passenger side front door which would be difficult for me, I would rather get it there to have it repaired as soon as possible.
